Back-End Development Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced back-end developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in developing scalable, robust, and high-performance server-side applications.

You will work closely with front-end developers, DevOps, and product teams to develop APIs, manage data flow, and contribute to system design decisions that enable scalable software solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain RESTful / GraphQL APIs and microservices.
  • Build scalable and secure backend systems using technologies such as Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers and DevOps to ensure seamless system integration.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, database queries, and API response times.
  • Implement authentication, authorization, and data protection best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and continuous development.
  • Work with relational (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis) databases.
  • Write unit tests, integration tests, and participate in automated test strategy development.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in back-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in server-side programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Python, Go, or .NET.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Git.
  • Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Experience working in product-based companies or high-scale systems.
  • Exposure to message queues or event-driven architecture.
  • Knowledge of container orchestration is a plus.
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Familiarity with security standards like OAuth2, JWT, and data encryption.
