Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

  • To design and develop core server-side components for consumer-facing sites as well as back-end logistics.
  • To define and implement data flow/interactions across various business components.
  • To prototype new ideas.
  • To perform code reviews and ensure the delivery of features/tasks at the highest quality within committed timelines.

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java development.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, RDBMS, and Data Modeling.
  • Experience with Web services, SOAP, and REST.
  • Knowledge of caching systems such as Aerospike and Redis.
  • Experience with database query tuning.
  • Ability to adapt to experimenting with new technologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or Jackrabbit.
  • Knowledge of Kafka or any message queue systems is desirable.
  • E-commerce search experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience in REST API specification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of E-commerce platforms.
