Job Title:

Mechanical Systems Lead

Job Summary:

We are seeking a senior mechanical systems professional to lead and manage daily operations of our data center's mechanical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in the industry.

About the Role:

This is a leadership position that requires expertise in mechanical systems, including HVAC, CRAC units, chillers, pumps, and other infrastructure. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance energy efficiency, performance, and sustainability of mechanical systems while ensuring compliance with relevant environmental standards and regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage daily operations of mechanical systems
  • Develop and implement strategies for energy efficiency, performance, and sustainability
  • Oversee maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on upgrades, retrofits, and capital projects
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the mechanical operations team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 14-18 years of experience in the data centers industry
