Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to develop project designs, drawings, and implementation plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate project updates.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Develop project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  • Assist in testing and commissioning of civil, electrical & mechanical engineering systems.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (B.Tech degree/Engineering etc).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong data analytical and mathematical skills.
  • MS Office expertise.
  • Hardworking and determined individual.
