Supporting Staffing Operations with Compliance Expertise

This role involves providing crucial support to the onboarding and offboarding of US-based employees and contractors. Key responsibilities include assisting in the end-to-end process, ensuring timely completion of documentation, background checks, system access, and exit formalities.

  • Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, ensuring compliance-related documents are completed and stored per organizational and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to guarantee accurate and timely screenings.
  • Navigate various MSP portals for timely submission and status tracking of onboarding and compliance workflows.
  • Support the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for key HR, onboarding, and compliance workflows.
  • Apply understanding of US federal employment regulations and client-specific guidelines to ensure process adherence across onboarding and documentation.
  • Maintain trackers and coordinate return confirmations for client-issued equipment and assets as part of the offboarding process.
  • Serve as a point of contact for communication regarding compliance, onboarding status, and documentation queries.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in US Staffing Operations, HR Coordination, or Compliance Support
  • Familiarity with background check portals and onboarding processes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and document tracking tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and a quick learner
