Public Relations Specialist

Drive Business Growth with Exceptional Communications Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations specialist to spearhead our communications strategy and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in communication, public relations, and stakeholder engagement, with relevant experience in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive PR campaigns to secure media coverage and enhance the company's reputation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including journalists, media houses, influencers, and industry professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals, brand positioning, and communication needs.
  • Collaborate closely with clients to plan, execute, and evaluate PR initiatives and campaigns.
  • Manage client expectations and provide regular updates through meetings, calls, and detailed reports.
  • Tailor messaging to different audiences, ensuring alignment with client brand voice and objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive status reports, call and meeting recaps for clients and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Conduct thorough research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and client sector developments.
  • Analyze complex information, organize findings effectively, and communicate actionable insights to the team and clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
  • Relevant 2+ years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in an agency setting managing multiple clients.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the legal or real estate sectors is a strong plus.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients and media.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency with PR tools, media monitoring platforms, and MS Office suite.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
