Job Overview

As a Piping Stress Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing piping systems to ensure safe and efficient operation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and analyze piping systems using Caesar II software and pipe supports design for pipelines/piping above-ground and underground.
  • Perform surge analysis of metallic & non-metallic using PIPENET software.
  • Extract surge force from PIPENET that to be input in the stress analysis and also need to identify the surge force is appropriate or not.
  • Prepare surge analysis report that to be submitted to employer as official deliverable.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in piping stress engineering.
  • Proficiency in Caesar II and PIPENET software.
  • Ability to understand process and analyze systems for pressure surges.
  • Knowledge of design codes and standards applicable for Pipe Stress Analysis (ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, ISO 14692).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
