Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead landscape design projects from concept to completion for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.
  • Guiding the aesthetic and technical development of assigned projects.
  • Ensure adherence to project timelines.
  • Client and stakeholder management.
  • Collaborate with architects, urban planners, and other professionals.
  • Organising and directing junior team members in the design of assigned projects.
  • Expert understanding of landscape drawing production techniques, BoM's.

Accountabilities:

  • Project Timeliness
  • Percentage completion of projects based on Project delivery and batches
  • Number of projects requiring significant design revisions post initial submission.
  • Revenue - Achieving Annual Billing target based on Quarterly design delivery schedule
  • Quality - Instances of design flaws or failures identified during or after project for landscape works
  • Innovation and Energy Efficiency - Number of innovative technologies and sustainable practices implemented in design.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in landscape architecture from reputed Institutes.
  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design or architecture.
  • Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects.
