Outdoor Space Designer

We are seeking an experienced Outdoor Space Designer to join our team. As a key member of our group, you will be responsible for creating and coordinating with clients to ensure effective communication and alignment with project expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop project documentation according to specified stages and requirements.
  • Manage project resources efficiently, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare BOQs and cost estimates and oversee construction phases to ensure design intent is maintained.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Qualifications:

  • M.Arch in Landscape Architecture or B.Arch with relevant experience in Landscape Design.
  • Proficient in landscape construction drawing, tender documentation, and BOQs for large-scale projects.
