As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to employees across all stages of their career lifecycle. This critical position serves as the primary point of contact for all HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate administrative support to employees and managers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various HR processes, including payroll, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, data reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Records Management
    • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of employee files (digital and physical)
    • Manage sensitive documents such as contracts, personal information, performance reviews, and disciplinary records
  • Onboarding & Offboarding
    • Prepare comprehensive new hire paperwork and contracts
    • Coordinate offboarding logistics, including final settlements and record archiving
    • Lead effective onboarding with HR induction
  • Payroll Processing Oversight
    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for employees, ensuring strict adherence to Indian labour laws and regulations
    • Serve as the central point of contact for payroll across India
    • Collaborate with external providers and internal teams to ensure seamless payroll operations
    • Guarantee timely, accurate payroll - salaries, deductions, benefits, and taxes
    • Identify and resolve discrepancies and stay up-to-date on payroll legislation
  • Compensation & Benefits
    • Administer employee benefits (health insurance, leave tracking, etc.)
    • Monitor absences, PTOs, and vacation days
    • HR System Management
    • Maintain high-quality data, robust system integrity, and optimize usage of our HRIS platform
  • Cross-Department Liaison
    • Facilitate close collaboration between HR and Accounting for payroll and employee records
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Produce and deliver insightful HR reports for internal stakeholders
  • General HR Support
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wider HR team
