Interior Designer Position

We are seeking a talented Junior Interior Designer with strong focus on customer success to join our team. The ideal candidate will have professional interior design experience, obtained from premium institution, along with excellent communication skills and sound knowledge of industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their vision, requirements, and preferences for interior design projects.
  • Develop innovative design concepts and collaborate with colleagues to align designs with client expectations, sustainability goals, and project objectives.
  • Create 3D designs & renders followed by detailed working drawings and contribute to the execution of the project.
  • Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that enhance aesthetic appeal and functionality of spaces.
  • Maintain a strong portfolio demonstrating high level of competence in digital design tools.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and sustainable design principles to continuously enhance design expertise.
  • Integrate eco-friendly practices and materials into design concepts wherever possible.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or related field from premium institution.
  • Proven professional experience of 4 to 8 years in interior design, preferably in design-build or architectural firm.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong eye for detail.
  • Proven working experience in residential interior design.
  • Exceptional taste in interiors and demonstrated ability to create aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
  • Proficiency in digital design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software.
  • Passion for sustainability and commitment to integrating environmentally-friendly practices into design solutions.
