Job Overview

As a Cloud Specialist II - Monitoring Tools, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the availability and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure.

  • Respond to and resolve monitoring alerts in a timely manner
  • Resolve requests from customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Work collaboratively with the team to perform disaster recovery, failover testing, and scheduled maintenance windows within the cloud environment

You'll be working closely with our global team to drive business success and achieve our mission to enable organizations to thrive in a rapidly changing world.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Infrastructure Support or NOC
  • Strong knowledge of Cloud technologies, SQL, and CRM-based applications
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of various monitoring tools like SolarWinds and BMC
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information
  • Adaptability to a 24/7 rotational shift model including night shifts

  • Evaluate service availability and performance in real-time
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of incidents and issues
  • Develop and maintain NOC-related reports
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party vendors to drive business outcomes
