Time Tracking and Absence Consultant

This is a challenging role for an experienced Workday consultant to work with customers in all phases of deployment and post-production. The primary focus will be on Time Tracking and Absence modules, but there will be opportunities to expand into other HCM business process areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work as a certified Workday expert, utilizing knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities to deliver solutions.
  • Independently manage multiple projects across various phases, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze business requirements with customers, provide recommendations, and develop tailored solutions.
Duties and Tasks:
  • Identify strategies, risks, and options to recommend approaches for meeting client requirements.
  • Coordinate with project teams to align development with customer decisions.
  • Regularly update customers, project teams, and management on progress.
  • Mentor junior consultants and share product knowledge to grow the practice.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Active Workday certification in Time Tracking and/or Absence.
  • Hands-on experience in implementing or supporting Time Tracking and Absence.
  • Strong understanding of Time Tracking and Absence concepts and processes.
  • Effective consulting and presentation skills.
  • Experience gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing under multiple deadlines.
  • At least 3 years' experience as a certified Workday consultant.

As this role requires travel to client sites, adaptability and flexibility are essential.

Work hours: 45 hours expected per week during normal business hours, with additional overtime as clients require.
