Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation of operating plans by understanding business metrics driving costs.
  • Develop and manage fixed costs budgets based on inputs from Business Heads and overall AOP.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting of all business transactions related to fixed costs through provisions, unit economics, and month-to-month trend analysis.
  • Support the General Ledger team in preparing monthly Management Information Systems (MIS) reports by ensuring timely book closure and sharing relevant schedules for employee costs and other technology costs & reconciliations.
  • Review overall Profit and Loss (P&L) statements for different business segments and identify key movements in relation to critical costs, highlighting these to relevant stakeholders.
  • Review reports and reconciliations prepared by finance executives and share data for segment reporting with other internal finance team members.
  • Collaborate with the Business Team on cost negotiation data inputs and work closely with the Legal Team to review agreements with external business partners.
