Key Financial Professional Role

  • Oversee and drive global budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting initiatives.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance sophisticated financial models to assess business performance across geographies and revenue segments.
  • Prepare regular, in-depth reporting packages with clear analysis of variances, risks, and opportunities, key drivers of value, and metrics.
  • Analyze and evaluate potential transactions and product pricing scenarios, including creation of detailed financial models.
  • Manage comprehensive cash forecasts (TWCF and rolling 18 months) to monitor cash utilization.
  • Support strategic planning, long-term financial modeling, and ad hoc analyses as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer in capital raise efforts, including development of pitch decks, road show materials, and insightful analysis.
  • Oversee the company's capital structure and manage dilution scenarios associated with additional funding rounds, SAFE agreements, Convertible Debt, and Option grants.

Responsibilities Continued

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance in a Private Equity held company or other high growth organization.
  • Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; experience with Business Intelligence/reporting tools an asset.
  • Experience working with multi-entity or global financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders, including creating and presenting compelling presentations.
  • Ability to work independently, be hands-on, and support stakeholders across various jurisdictions and time zones.
  • Proficient, professional-level English language proficiency is a requirement.
