Associate Quality Assurance Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our ETL testing efforts and guide junior engineers in delivering high-quality data solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical skills combined with leadership qualities to oversee testing for ETL processes, Data Warehousing, and Data Migrations.
  • They will design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data validation and quality assurance.
  • A review of requirements, specifications, and technical design documents will be performed to provide timely feedback.

Evaluation Criteria:

  • Candidates with 6+ years of experience in ETL/DWH testing and at least 2+ years working on Snowflake will be preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts, Data Migrations, and ETL workflows is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL and ability to write complex queries for data validation and analysis are required.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, SSIS) is necessary.
  • Experience with test automation for DWH/ETL projects is an advantage.
