Job Description

The Director of Global Product Launch will oversee the planning and execution of product launches across various portfolio segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely adherence to launch milestones.
  • Drive efficiency in launch management to achieve successful execution.
  • Provide insights on customer preferences and product potential in global markets.
  • Develop and maintain integrated launch plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders within and outside the organization.
  • Foster talent through coaching, performance management, and setting clear expectations.
  • Oversee a team of planners and launch managers.
  • Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant discipline.
  • 20+ years in planning, product development, or a related role in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of planning, product development, regulatory processes, and launch management.
  • Familiarity with pre-clinical, clinical, CMC, quality, regulatory, and commercial functions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at driving decisions and solving issues within an organization.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, capable of driving new product launches globally and aligning cross-functional teams for success.
