PCB Design Expert

Overview:

Seeking an experienced PCB design professional to execute complex layouts using ECAD tools. Ideal candidate will have expertise in high-speed PCB layout, schematic interpretation, and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design intricate layouts utilizing Allegro/Xpedition software.
  • Analyze technical requirements and customer input to deliver accurate layout engineering solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturing teams to ensure signal and power integrity.
  • Develop detailed designs for motherboards incorporating Intel, AMD, NXP, TI processors.
  • Implement design guidelines from PDG and adhere to relevant IPC design standards.
  • Ensure precise placement of components, including analog, digital, power, and high-speed circuitry.
  • Experience in physical, spacing, and electrical constraint settings.
  • Independently read schematics and understand Signal Integrity and Power Integrity concepts.
  • Collaborate with PCB manufacturers and assembly houses to comprehend manufacturing rules.
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in PCB design and schematic creation using Allegro/Expedition.
  • Skilled in researching and interpreting manufacturing datasheets.
  • Knowledgeable in PCB layout guidelines and standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and precisely.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to varying workloads and task requirements.
