About our Visual Design Role:

As a respected brand, we require an Art Director to deliver premium products and experiences rooted in elegance and simplicity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and refined digital assets that reflect simplicity and clarity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop creative solutions aligned with the brand's strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers to ensure high standards of minimalistic design.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints with clean layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into understandable visuals.
  • Stay informed about global design trends and apply them where appropriate.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design with expertise in elegant and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and use of space to create clean designs.
  • Ability to develop understated yet effective designs.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with UX/UI design for user-friendly interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
  • Commitment to sustainable and responsible design practices.
