Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled R&D Psychometrician to drive cutting-edge AI-driven innovation in psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and integrate AI-based programs using generative AI tools to optimise psychometric processes, data analysis, and test development.
  • Utilise AI-powered translation tools to quickly and accurately translate tests into multiple languages and collaborate in reviewing translations and maintaining the translation database.
  • Create tailored feedback for assessments by building and maintaining AI-driven personalised programs that generate bespoke results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop innovative test items for specialised evaluations.
  • Contribute to the full lifecycle of assessment creation, validation, revision, and enhancement.
  • Use project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to plan, track, and deliver project requirements on schedule.

Consulting & Client Support:

  • Collaborate with consultants to develop tailored solutions such as customised assessments and detailed technical documentation.
  • Produce client-ready interpretation guidelines and user manuals for customised tools.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with R&D teams across India, London, and Paris in a multicultural and agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Education: MSc in Psychometrics, Industrial/Organisational Psychology, or related field.
  • Experience: First experience in psychometrics and/or AI application projects.

Skills:

  • Technical:
    • Advanced use of generative AI tools and prompt engineering.
    • Knowledge of psychometric test creation and validation.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent English communication.
    • Strong project management and organisational skills.
