  • Job Description:

    1. Strategic Outreach & Engagement

      • Collaborate with academic departments to involve alumni in guest lectures, panel discussions, and student development initiatives.

    3. Data Analytics & Reporting

      • Track alumni engagement metrics, including event participation, mentorship hours, and contributions.

      • Provide strategic leadership with reports, dashboards, and impact analysis on alumni engagement initiatives.

  • Required Skills & Competencies:

    • Proven experience (5–10 years) in Alumni Relations or related fields, preferably in educational institutions.

    • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.

    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

    • Ability to leverage digital platforms and CRM systems for effective alumni engagement.

    • Strategic thinker with operational execution capability.

  • Eligibility & Qualifications:

    • Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field, such as Management, Education Administration, HR, or Marketing.

    • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, with demonstrated achievements in alumni engagement and networking.
