Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Tester to oversee aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports. To ensure success as a Senior QA Tester, you should have extensive experience in analytics, high-level problem-solving skills, and the ability to project manage.

Responsibilities
  • Participating actively in Agile development lifecycle.
  • Working with Product and Engineering departments to understand and translate complex, technical information into appropriate testing documentation and processes using industry standard best practices.
  • Implementing test cases in TestRail and verify fixes through regression testing individually.
  • Working with development and support leads to identify all testing needs, manual and automated, revise and edit, and determine the best solution for product and project scopes.
  • Working directly with the QA lead and development team to form a solid understanding of technical side for each project.
  • Overseeing the drafting of testing documents in TestRail.
  • Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures.
  • Ensuring the successful deployment of products into the market into executable test cases/strategies.
  • Responding to requests from the management, Development and Product team.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in QA Engineering or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Any automation technology Cypress or Java-Selenium.
  • Hands on experience on JavaScript or any other coding language.
  • Basic knowledge of BDD Frameworks -cucumber, jasmine, Mocha etc.
  • Knowledge of version control system Git or Bitbucket.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tool, Jenkins/TeamCity is preferable.
  • Knowledge of API/DB testing.
  • Scripting or other automation tool experience, such as Java Script, Cypress, Browser Stack, Selenium, Test Rail.
