Senior Infrastructure Specialist

Our team is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Infrastructure Specialist to join our global operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, performance, and scalability of our technological infrastructure.

This professional will oversee the management and monitoring of servers (Linux, Windows, cloud and on-premise) and administer environments in AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure, focusing on scalability and high availability. Additionally, they will implement, maintain, and monitor security systems, backups, and disaster recovery processes.

Key responsibilities include managing administration processes through automation (scripts, CI/CD, pipelines), monitoring networks, firewalls, VPNs, and traffic to ensure connectivity and security. Conducting periodic audits on performance, security, and compliance, including PCI DSS, will also be a critical aspect of this role.

The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Debian) and Windows Server, as well as experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes). They should also possess solid knowledge of networks, protocols, VPN, DNS, Load Balancers, and experience with monitoring and logging (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix).

Automation scripting skills (Bash, Python, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform) are essential, as well as knowledge of system security and compliance. The ability to work in an international and multidisciplinary environment is crucial, with fluency in English (written and spoken) required. Experience in blockchain and Web3 would be beneficial, but not necessary.

Requirements
  • Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or similar field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a SysAdmin or similar role
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team
