Back End Development Opportunity

Job Summary:

Our organization is seeking a skilled Back End Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable and responsive backend applications using Python and Django.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure backend applications utilizing Python and Django frameworks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, ensuring seamless integration with cloud-based technologies.
  • Develop and maintain efficient code adhering to Agile methodologies and design patterns.
  • Implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall system performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python and Django development.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a lead engineering role, working with distributed teams.
  • Strong understanding of relational database systems, including MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
  • Proficiency in unit and integration testing.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex problems across different levels of the organization and to customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization using Docker.
  • Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and libraries.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and automation tools.
