About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Client Engagement Associate to join our Research & Consulting team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.

You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address their needs. Your goal will be to qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.

This is an excellent opportunity to build and nurture relationships with clients to foster repeat business and long-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads via calls, emails, and website inquiries.
  • Understand client requirements and communicate how our research and consulting solutions can address them.
  • Qualify leads, prepare customized proposals, and follow up to drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with the Research & Consulting team to design solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline updates in CRM tools.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client engagement, business development, or inbound sales (preferably in research, consulting, or professional services).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A consultative and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations and prioritize effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and MS Office tools.
  • Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
