Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise civil works such as layout, RCC work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and plumbing.
  • Execute and plan all site civil work, ensuring quality and timely completion.
  • Coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors, and surveyors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Ensure quality, environment, and safety standards are met.
  • Prepare and submit monthly consumption reports and daily progress reports.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong goal-driven mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
