About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil works, including layout, RCC work, concreting, masonry, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, plumbing, and ensuring the quality of construction and materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and plan all site civil work, ensuring timely completion and quality standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate with engineers, sub-contractors, and surveyors to guarantee project success.
  • Manage project schedules, monitor progress, and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with senior engineers and clients to update them on work progress.
  • Ensure compliance with technical specifications and BOQ requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the real estate industry.
  • Strong goal-oriented individual with excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and team management skills.
