Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The successful candidate will oversee the recruitment process, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Daily tasks include developing HR policies and procedures, managing employee benefits and compensation, and facilitating professional development and training programs. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records and ensuring a positive workplace culture.
