Identity Access Management Professional

Job Title: Identity Access Management Professional

Location: Alwar, India

  • Implement identity and access management solutions using SailPoint IdentityIQ for identity lifecycle management.
  • Develop custom workflows, rules, tasks, and connectors to meet business and security requirements.
  • Configure out-of-the-box and custom connectors with applications such as Active Directory, Azure, Oracle, ServiceNow, CyberArk PAM, and more.
  • Implement Self-Service features, password reset/change flows, and access certification.
  • Build and configure in-built SailPoint tasks like aggregation, ID refresh, correlation, and scheduled jobs.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Migrate data, set up Active Directory configurations, manage shared folder access, and develop Java-based plugins.
  2. Work with SailPoint APIs to develop custom functionalities and service adapters.
  3. Administer the SailPoint platform including data loading, role and policy creation, certification scheduling, and reporting.
  4. Monitor logs, alerts, and system behaviors to ensure reliability and performance.
Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), with 3+ years specifically in SailPoint IIQ.
  • Strong development background using Java, JDBC, Java Beans, and web technologies.
  • Experience in SailPoint IIQ deployment, including connector configuration, custom rule development, and workflow configuration.
  • Proficient in RBAC analysis and implementation.
