Identity and Access Management Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the implementation and migration of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions. You will work closely with clients to design robust MFA solutions that meet their security needs while complying with industry regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the migration project from Cisco DUO and RSA SecurID to Microsoft Authenticator, ensuring minimal disruption to services and user experience.
  • Serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on MFA technologies, providing technical guidance and support for integration and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborating with architecture teams to design MFA solutions that meet security requirements.
  • Developing and enforcing MFA policies and procedures to ensure best practices are followed.
  • Providing training and support to internal teams and end-users on MFA processes and tools.
  • Monitoring MFA usage, analyzing performance metrics, and providing regular reports to management.
  • Conducting risk assessments related to identity and access management.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Identity and Access Management, with a focus on Multi-Factor Authentication solutions.
  • Proven experience working with financial institutions, understanding regulatory compliance, and security requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco DUO, RSA SecurID, and Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Strong knowledge of identity protocols and enterprise security frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are highly desirable.
