Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and developing interactive visualizations, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and modeling, as well as proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design. They will also possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards that provide intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  • Implement best practices for data visualization and ensure reports are accurate and reliable.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns that drive business decisions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users regarding dashboard functionalities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and feedback for continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business intelligence consulting and data visualization.
  • Proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design.
  • Strong understanding of wireframing principles and design thinking.
  • Hands-on experience with data analysis and data modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders.
