Join Our Team of Data Experts

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to support advanced analytics initiatives across the organization.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing end-to-end analytics projects, including data wrangling, model development, validation, and deployment. They will also collaborate with scientific and operational teams to identify opportunities for data science applications in drug discovery, development, and manufacturing.

The successful candidate will interact with domain experts and clients to understand data, business challenges, and implement robust, scalable solutions. They will design and implement machine learning models, statistical analyses, and data visualizations to solve real-world problems.

The job requires the ability to work with structured and unstructured data from lab equipment's, sensors, and other scientific instruments. The candidate should also have experience working with enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, etc.).

Key qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science or advanced analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

Preferred skills and expertise include:

  • Sound knowledge of statistical, machine learning algorithms, and applications.
  • Expertise in using Python for machine learning and complex data analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of FAIR data principles and data governance in scientific environments.
