Product Designer Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our global team. This is a remote opportunity that offers the chance to work with different countries and cultures in a truly dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision, creativity, and strong attention to detail, capable of turning ideas into impactful digital experiences.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and improve digital product design (apps, web, and integrations) that aligns with business needs.
  • Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces that meet user-centered design principles.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints.
  • Conduct usability research and apply user feedback to design improvements.
  • Document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital product design.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions.
  • Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Updated portfolio with relevant project examples.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of motion design, advanced prototyping, or design systems.
