Job Title: Researcher - Hair Care

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and product development, with a focus on the hair care industry.

The successful applicant will be responsible for understanding consumer habits and practices, supporting current business initiatives, and qualifying and amplifying global and regional initiatives in the Indian sub-continent.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and execution of standard technical characterization and routine consumer research study placement.
  • Digital system acuity and onboarding to P&G systems, including data statistical analysis, product life cycle management, QA release, and documentation.
  • Execution and analysis of consumer insights and claims tests results.
  • Leadership of product technical studies in the labs and consumer studies in the field to understand consumer unmet needs and design future products.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-10 years related experience in CPG or field of Market Product research.
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Science or bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering, Science, or related fields.
  • Strong ownership, self-leadership skills to understand the business objective, local context, and business landscape to deliver required outcomes.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, able to work independently, prioritize, and perform in a fast-paced environment.
