About the Role

At a pioneering Web3 media marketing agency, we're seeking an accomplished Digital Content Strategist to spearhead our content production and audience engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute compelling content strategies aligned with our mission to empower brands in the Web3 space. This includes creating engaging content calendars, identifying key themes and topics, and collaborating with internal teams on client design briefs.

We Need:

  • To deliver exceptional client-side content management, including editing, fact-checking, and finalizing work of high quality.
  • A proactive individual who can coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
  • An expert in managing social media campaigns from planning to execution and analysis, staying informed about the latest trends and opportunities in the Web3 ecosystem.
  • To fill content gaps by monitoring trending topics and discussions in blockchain, NFT, and DeFi communities.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools like Notion and Trello to streamline campaign organization and tracking.

You Will Have:

  • Proven experience in crafting engaging threads or short-form social content.
  • A strong background in Web3, with expertise in gaming and crypto ecosystems, as well as a solid understanding of DeFi, NFTs, GameFi, and DAOs.
  • A thorough knowledge of Twitter's algorithm, best posting times, and effective engagement strategies.
  • An eye for spotting trending topics and capitalizing on opportunities in the Web3 space.
  • The ability to craft tweets that encourage likes, retweets, and replies.
