Medical Content Strategist Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Medical Content Strategist who can develop and execute a comprehensive content plan that drives engagement, enhances doctor presence, and builds patient trust across digital platforms.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a strategic content framework to elevate doctors' online visibility and foster meaningful connections with patients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create impactful medical content that resonates with target audiences and drives desired actions.
  • Partner with the design team to craft visually appealing assets that complement and enhance the content's message.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, patient behavior, and doctor marketing needs to create relevant and engaging content.
  • Work closely with customer-facing teams to translate doctor expectations into effective digital content solutions.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Growth, Tech, Product, and CRM teams for publishing automation, lead nurturing, and patient communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • MBBS degree with a strong foundation in medical writing and marketing
  • 3-4 years of experience in healthcare content, preferably in digital marketing agencies, health tech, or hospital marketing
  • Proven ability to craft impactful SEO-driven content and drive performance metrics
  • Understanding of Google algorithms, SEM tools, and keyword planning strategies
  • Familiarity with CMS, Canva/Figma, and analytics tools is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
