We are looking for a skilled professional to manage and optimize paid campaigns across digital platforms. As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase patient engagement and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations.
  • Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
