Job Title: Financial Management Expert

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced financial management professional to join our team. As a Financial Management Expert, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial functions of our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and making strategic financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Accounting and Financial Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations, including GST, TDS, and Income Tax.
  • Internal Audits: Conduct regular internal audits to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: 8-10 years of experience in taxation and accounting roles, preferably in FMCG sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Accounting Software, strong understanding of GST, TDS, and Income Tax laws, accuracy in maintaining records and preparing reports, capability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
