Senior Automation and Performance Tester

The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and MSTest.

We are seeking a skilled professional to design and implement performance tests using JMeter to assess system performance and reliability.

A collaborative mindset is necessary to work with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage.

The selected individual will manage the release regression testing process to ensure smooth and timely software deployments.

They will utilize Azure DevOps for continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.

Familiarity with Git for version control and maintaining organized and efficient code repositories is essential.

The role involves analyzing test results, identifying issues, and working with developers to resolve defects.

Leadership and mentorship skills are required to promote best practices in test automation and performance testing.

The successful candidate will contribute to the improvement of testing processes and frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.

Additionally, they will participate in team meetings, provide updates on testing progress, and report on testing metrics.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in automation testing, particularly with Selenium and MSTest.

- Strong knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter.

- Proficiency in C# programming language and xPath for test automation.

- Experience with SQL for database verification and testing.

- Familiarity with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and project management.

- Hands-on experience with version control systems, especially Git.
