Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Architect to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial conceptualization to on-site execution.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing clear diagrams using AutoCAD for effective project communication, following up on projects to ensure timely execution with a keen eye for detail, and conducting frequent quality assurance checks to ensure regulatory compliance.

As a key member of our team, you will liaise with government departments and utilize strong contacts for project facilitation, prepare technical drawings and presentations for client interactions, implement design concepts aligned with client requirements, collaborate with construction professionals and project teams, and demonstrate expertise in 3D software and design aptitude.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • B. Arch/M. Arch with a minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Good liaising experience with strong contacts in government departments.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma, etc.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards.
  • Creative mindset with strong visualization skills.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering projects independently.
