Avensys is a leading global IT services company with headquarters in Singapore. Our service scope includes enterprise solution consulting, business intelligence and business process automation.

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Specialist with strong background in SAP security and role redesign.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure and maintain SAP security roles, profiles and authorizations across ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori and BW.
  • Manage user provisioning, access requests and license assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).
  • Apply position-based access control models where appropriate.
  • Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (SoD) requirements and audit controls.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorization issues, IDM provisioning problems and SAP cloud access challenges.
  • Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations and new project implementations.
  • Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks and take proactive action.
  • Collaborate with functional, technical and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.
  • Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports and training materials.
  • Lead and manage large-scale SAP Security design and restructuring projects.
  • Provide high-level support for SAP security across Development, Test/QA and Production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.
  • Expertise in SoD risk identification and remediation.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.
