AI Project Lead

We are looking for a skilled professional to lead the delivery of agentic AI initiatives. The successful candidate will ensure successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects while managing risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations in probabilistic environments.

About the Role:
  • Manage AI project lifecycles from conception to deployment, leveraging expertise in machine learning algorithms and data science workflows.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and dependencies to drive timely project completion.
  • Foster an environment that handles non-deterministic AI behavior and outcomes, ensuring compliance with AI regulations and ethics.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with stakeholders, communicating AI capabilities and implications.
  • Implement governance and risk management frameworks to mitigate potential challenges.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated understanding of ML algorithms and data science workflows.
  • Proficiency in agile/Scrum methodologies adapted for AI.
  • Experience with project management tools: Azure DevOps, Jira.
  • Ai literacy: model evaluation, CRISP-DM methodology.
  • Risk management for AI-specific challenges.
  • Stakeholder communication and translation skills.
  • Basic understanding of MLOps.
