Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect

The position of Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect is a high-level role that demands a strong background in designing, implementing, and managing AI solutions.

As an experienced AI Architect, the chosen candidate will be responsible for developing scalable and robust AI models using AWS services and Copilot to meet business requirements.

A key responsibility of this role is to design, develop, and implement custom topics, entities, and dialog flows within Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio. The selected individual will also integrate Co-Pilot with APIs, backend systems, and external data sources to deliver rich, context-aware interactions.

In addition to these responsibilities, the AI Solutions Architect will be tasked with customizing the look, behavior, and functionality of AI assistants using the full capabilities of Co-Pilot Studio. They will also be required to develop clear and concise documentation including design specifications, functional details, and troubleshooting guides.

Furthermore, the successful candidate will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Co-Pilot functionality and system integrations. They will stay current with Microsoft Co-Pilot Studio updates and best practices and implement new features accordingly.

This senior-level position requires the ability to architect and design AI solutions leveraging AWS services such as SageMaker, Lambda, and EC2 as needed. The chosen individual will also train and mentor team members on AI technologies and solution development.

Effective collaboration with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders is crucial in converting requirements into actionable features. The AI Solutions Architect will act as a customer-facing expert, understanding their needs, and translating them into actionable solutions.

Ensuring AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and standards is essential in preventing bias and ensuring fairness in AI models.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in designing, implementing, and managing AI solutions that leverage AWS services and Copilot
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or Java. Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and libraries.
