Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the Quality Assurance Automation Engineer position, which can be performed remotely.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for detecting software bugs at an early stage in the Software Development Lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to ensure continuous alignment.
  • They will also implement automated tests for various scenarios across different country instances, expanding the test coverage to facilitate early bug detection and risk assessment.
  • This role involves working closely with country distribution and core domain squads to achieve software quality objectives, proposing process improvements within our continuous improvement strategy, and driving their implementation.
  • The ideal candidate should master the required tools and components to perform assigned tasks, adhere to established software development best practices and methodologies, and produce relevant documentation and guidelines to support the quality as everyone's responsibility strategy.

Key qualifications and skills include:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in automated testing.
  • Knowledge of at least one software development language.
  • Familiarity with Selenium, Cucumber, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in building automated test suites for build/regression testing.
  • Proficiency with Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tools.

While not mandatory, experience in the following areas is highly valued:

  • Building Load/Stress Tests using tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar.
  • Working in a continuous integration/deployment environment.
  • Building tests in a microservice/SOA architecture context.
  • Testing interfaces and APIs using SOAP-UI, Rest-Assured, or similar tools.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in automated testing.
  • Software development language knowledge.

  • Automated test suite building experience for build/regression testing.
  • Jenkins, CircleCI, Bamboo, or similar tool proficiency.

  • Loading/Stressing Testing expertise with JMeter, Blazemeter, Apache Benchmark, or similar.
  • Continuous integration/deployment environment experience.
