Job Description: Digital Marketing Team Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Team Lead with strategic vision and analytical expertise to oversee our clients' digital marketing strategies. This role demands creativity, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills to manage a team of digital marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Execution:
    • Create comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients aligned with their business objectives.
    • Leverage various digital channels including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Team Leadership and Management:
    • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of digital marketing specialists.
    • Facilitate regular team meetings and performance reviews to ensure the team meets its goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
    • Select, onboard, and train new team members ensuring they align with company culture and objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
    • Present campaign strategies, performance reports, and optimization plans to clients.
    • Establish and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Content and Creative Oversight:
    • Collaborate with the content and design teams to create compelling marketing materials.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and client goals.
  • Market Research and Trends:
    • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Project Management:
    • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
    • Maximize return on investment through efficient resource allocation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
