Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented developer to join our team and assist in building scalable and efficient web applications using the Laravel framework.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our development team to design and develop web applications using PHP and the Laravel framework.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, following best practices and coding standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills:
  • PHP Basics – Strong understanding of core PHP.
  • Laravel Framework – Basic knowledge of MVC architecture, routes, controllers, models, migrations, and blade templates.
  • Database Knowledge – MySQL or PostgreSQL basics, writing queries, understanding of relationships (one-to-one, one-to-many, many-to-many).
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript – Frontend fundamentals for integrating with Laravel views.
  • REST APIs – Understanding how to consume and build APIs.
  • Version Control (Git/GitHub) – Basic commands like commit, push, pull, and branching.
  • Composer – Knowledge of package management in Laravel.
  • Basic Debugging – Ability to troubleshoot errors and use Laravel's error logs.
  • Good-to-Have Skills:
  • AJAX / jQuery – For dynamic frontend interactions.
  • Bootstrap / Tailwind CSS – Styling and responsive design.
  • Authentication & Authorization – Laravel's built-in auth system basics.
  • Basic Testing – Understanding of Laravel testing (PHPUnit, feature tests).
  • Understanding of MVC in general – Not just Laravel-specific.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Willingness to learn new tools and frameworks.
  • Ability to follow coding standards and guidelines.
  • Communication & teamwork skills.
