Key Web Development Position

As a crucial member of our organization, the Junior Web Developer will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and maintain innovative web solutions. Key tasks include contributing to front-end and back-end development projects, analyzing and troubleshooting complex web applications, and participating in collaborative efforts to improve web design and functionality.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Developing high-quality web applications using relevant technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to enhance web user experience and performance
  • Participating in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
  • Maintaining and updating existing web systems to ensure optimal performance and scalability

Required Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in Front-End Development and Web Design principles
  • Experience with Back-End Web Development frameworks and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to break down complex issues into manageable components
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in version control systems such as Git
  • Knowledge of agile project management methodologies
  • Experience with testing and debugging tools such as JUnit and Chrome DevTools
  • Understanding of web accessibility guidelines and principles
