About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead and coordinate large-scale project plans with multiple teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, full-stack development, and experience in manufacturing domains delivering Digital Transformation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand clients' technical and business needs.
  • Demonstrate how those needs can be achieved through the capabilities of relevant platforms.
  • Drive consistent expectations towards a shared goal.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 12+ years of experience managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong full-stack development experience: .Net, Angular/React/ Node, Oracle/SQL.
  • Experience in manufacturing domains delivering Digital Transformation projects related to IoT, Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, etc.
  • Project management expertise in coordinating release schedules, building sustainable processes, and overseeing multi-function project teams.
  • Proven experience in CI/CD, agility, cloud software development, and Azure/AWS.
  • Outstanding communication skills and product owner mindset focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to make hard decisions and explain rationale to stakeholders.
  • Versatility and in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
