Job Title: Identity Governance and Administration

Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)

You will be responsible for onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, and explaining the integration process.

  • Coordinate and test custom development required by app teams
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations according to governance best practices and application requirements
  • Maintain accurate statuses for onboarded applications

Key Requirements for Success:

  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development as an engineer or analyst
  • Experience in developing custom workflows, administering SailPoint Identity and Access Management Solutions, and implementing RBAC analysis
  • Good work ethic and Sailpoint IdentityNow certification
Main Responsibilities:
  • Onboard various applications into the IGA system
  • Develop or work with forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and create custom reports
  • Launch certification campaigns and follow up remediation processes
Essential Skills:
  • Access lifecycle management (joiner, mover, leaver processes)
  • Role-based access control (RBAC) & attribute-based access control (ABAC)
  • Policy, risk, and compliance alignment (SOX, HIPAA, GDPR)
