Facilities Experience Coordinator

About the Role
The Facilities Experience Coordinator will play a crucial role in shaping the overall experience of our employees and guests at Databricks. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversee front-of-house activities, including visitor and security management, food and beverage programs, mailroom and deliveries, and office supply management
- Guide all facilities and workplace operations to achieve an exceptional environment that manifests and deepens company culture in our workplaces
- Plan support for internal events/training/hack-days and company happy hours
- Ensure coverage that supports facility requests is completed and follows standards
- Build relationships with partners, teams, and external vendor services
- Work on special projects as part of the global REW team
- Support and coordinate Employee Transportation
- REW Helpdesk ticket handling and closure of tickets within agreed SLAs
- Supporting Workplace team running REW specific New hire orientation
Requirements
- At least 2 years of front-of-house experience with responsibility for operations and service delivery
- Expertise in developing and delivering engaging messages, crafting thoughtful and well-structured office communications
- Demonstrate experience with organising, prioritising, and overseeing projects and tasks concurrently
- Solid foundation in interacting with and managing client relationships
